Step-by-step guide to connecting your Facebook Page Insights account and syncing campaign data seamlessly.
Authorize Connection to Facebook Page Insights
Ensure that the account you're granting access to holds admin-level permissions for your Facebook Pages.
Navigate to Data Integration -> Connectors
- Click on "Connect A new platform"
- Select Facebook Page Insights and follow the on-screen prompts to grant the necessary permissions to access and retrieve your data.
Upon successful connection of the Facebook account, you will be presented with a dashboard displaying your linked Facebook Pages. This dashboard will also feature four buttons located directly beneath the Facebook Account section:
- Add a New Account: This button enables you to link additional Facebook accounts to the platform.
- Reauthorize: This button allows you to refresh the authorization for your Facebook account, ensuring continued data access.
- Test Connection: This button initiates a test to verify the connectivity between the platform and the Facebook account.
- Delete Connection: This button severs the link between the platform and the Facebook account, removing the account and its data from the dashboard.
