Step-by-step guide to connecting your Insider account and syncing campaign data seamlessly.

Authorize Connection to Insider

To connect your Insider account, you'll need to provide your API credentials:

Navigate to Data Integration -> Connectors

  1. Click on "Connect A new platform"
  2. Select Insider

  1. Enter the following required credentials:
    • API Endpoint: Your Insider API endpoint URL
    • Header Name: The name of the authentication header
    • Header Value: The value of the authentication header (typically your API key)

How to Generate API Credentials in Insider

To authorize your Insider account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Insider dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Settings" or "Account Settings"
  3. Look for "API Access" or "Integrations" section
  4. Generate or locate your API key
  5. For the API Endpoint, use your specific Insider instance URL
  6. For Header Name, typically use "Authorization" or as specified in Insider's API documentation
  7. For Header Value, use your API key (you may need to format it as "Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" depending on Insider's requirements)

Upon successful connection of your Insider account, you will be presented with a dashboard displaying your connected account data. This dashboard will also feature buttons for managing your connection:

  • Test Connection: This button initiates a test to verify the connectivity between the platform and your Insider account.
  • Delete Connection: This button severs the link between the platform and your Insider account, removing the account and its data from the dashboard.
