Step-by-step guide to connecting your TikTok Ads account and syncing campaign data seamlessly.

Authorize Connection to TikTok Ads

Ensure that the account you're granting access to holds admin-level permissions for your TikTok Advertiser accounts.

Navigate to Data Integration -> Connectors

  1. Click on "Connect A new platform"
  2. Select TikTok and follow the on-screen prompts to grant the necessary permissions to access and retrieve your data.

Upon successful connection of the TikTok account, you will be presented with a dashboard displaying your linked TikTok Advertiser accounts. This dashboard will also feature four buttons located directly beneath the TikTok Account section:

  • Add a New Account: This button enables you to link additional TikTok Advertiser accounts to the platform.
  • Reauthorize: This button allows you to refresh the authorization for your TikTok account, ensuring continued data access.
  • Test Connection: This button initiates a test to verify the connectivity between the platform and the TikTok account.
  • Delete Connection: This button severs the link between the platform and the TikTok account, removing the account and its data from the dashboard.
